She blew Spain. Otherwise, she would have had a perfect record for this round. Tell us Buzzzz, do you pick teams based on their uniform colors?

Then how come you do not have the Italians going all the way? Brazil have bad teeth. I don't understand that pick.

Bineaz

Any particular reason my entry into the competition was not counted?

You're as corrupt as Blatter . . .

Probably my fault. I set up the results table. I probably missed you. Maybe someone else too. I tried to cut and paste everyone who made a prediction. So don't get pissed off at Bineaz although he should be double checking my work.

Beep that. Thanks Falc, but if Windy can't follow the rules; i.e., post on the specified thread where every one else did. We're talking the law here and if between lawyers we can't follow the regulations then tough titties. Thomas M. Coolely would not want otherwise. ;) Am I write windy?

...

OK. I'll save all the argument in your favor, we'll count you valid if no one objects and who would to you a great supporter of the :ohno: 'ranje. But no credit for missing the 3rd and 4th place teams.

Bineaz

Other people posted on theirs on this thread. And it's titled "WC Prediction tournament" for feck's sake . . .

Anyway, keep your tainted, fixed tournament, Mini-Blatter!

Bineaz - I posted updated scores on the prediction thread. Check and make sure I have them correct. Also, since Windy has his results posted elsewhere, I have not updated his results. I also have the total points in parenthesis.

Bineaz - Check and see if I have the scores updated correctly. Also, update Windy's picks. Going into the final, Buzzz is in the lead even though she could not pick up any points in the semi's or finals. A few of us would overtake her with an Italy win. An Azzurri loss and she is the winner. So if I find her rooting for France this week, she better not show her face around here!

I looked at the results thru the quarters this morning and it was OK; I also added Windy's. I'll take another look.

Thanks.

How was I supposted to know both Brazil and Argentina were gonna get kicked out of the tournament? I felt for sure at least one would make it! And BTW since France beat Brazil twice I HATE them.

Ah, OK, I guess I overlooked her placing KSA over TUN in group H...

that's very odd. I counted that score at least five times, but I see my error only now as you broke the score down...

Well, I guess it wouldn't have affected the outcome anyway. Even if she did have 3 points more, she would win the contest only if Italy lost the final...

I did? Don't remember that but I don't think it matters as I am pretty sure that with Italia's victory, I took the contest. Waiting to hear from Bineaz about the final tally.
